In sparkling wine

Verdiso is one of the traditional complementary varieties of the Prosecco area. It never leads the blend: the rules require Glera as the base and cap the minor varieties at 15% together.

The same 15% share is open to Bianchetta Trevigiana and Perera, so the rules set no separate minimum or maximum for Verdiso alone.
