Reserva

It is the first level of Cava de Guarda Superior, twice the nine months required for Cava de Guarda.^2,1 The months count time on lees in the bottle, see ageing on lees. In 2025 Reserva accounted for 9.72% of the 190,010,000 bottles of Cava sold.³ Above it come Gran Reserva and Paraje Calificado.
