History
The house dates the family estate to the 17th century on one version of its page and to the French Revolution on another, so the origin is given here only as the house's claim.1 It shows photographs of the 1896 harvest.1
Pierre Jacquinot developed the family vineyard after the First World War. In 1929 he installed his own press and began to make wine.1 In 1947 he and his two sons created the Champagne Jacquinot et Fils brand; Jacques took charge of sales and Jean-Guy of the vineyard.1 Jean-Manuel Jacquinot, Jean-Guy's son and an oenologist, has been in charge of production since 1998.1 See pressing centre.
